Hernandez has been sidelined by a calf injury since late May. He will get the All-Star break to continue his recovery before rejoining the M's. While he's an ace by name, his totals, other than his ERA, have told a different story this season. Owners are hopeful he can return closer to previous form than that which he showed in the early going of 2016.
