Jonathan Lucroy collects two hits in Brewers' victory

by Brad Richter | Wed, Jul 6th 7:32am EDT

Lucroy went 2-for-4 with a run in a 5-2 win over the Nationals on Tuesday. Both of Lucroy's hits were singles off Nationals' starter Gio Gonzalez. Lucroy was also selected as a reserve for the All-Star game.

Fantasy Impact:

After a huge power outburst in May with nine homers, Lucroy only managed to send one ball over the wall in June and has gone homerless so far in July. Despite the lack of power recently, Lucroy is still contributing in other categories with a .310 average, 10 RBI and 10 runs during June. The All-Star catcher remains one of the top players at the position this season.
