Jon Lester shelled once again

Jon Lester allowed five runs on four hits in three innings for the Cubs against the Pirates on Saturday. Lester has now allowed 13 runs over his last two starts, only spanning 4 1/3 innings, after allowing only seven runs over his previous seven starts. He now has a 9-4 record and 3.01 ERA in 110 2/3 innings.
Fantasy Impact:
Lester had a 2.03 ERA going into his start on July 3, but these two starts have seen him slip out of the top-10 of the SP rankings. A telling statistic is that Lester has allowed multiple home runs in each of these starts and now has allowed a home run in five straight starts.
