Ryan Braun goes hitless in final game before break

Braun went 0-for-4 on Sunday with two strikeouts in the Brewers 5-1 loss to the Cardinals.
Fantasy Impact:
Braun finished the first half in a mini-slump going 2-for-20 with seven strikeouts over his last five games. Despite his recent performance, Braun has had a strong first half of the season batting .312 with 13 homers, 44 RBI, 35 runs and seven steals while playing in 73 out of 87 games. Braun will likely be the subject of numerous trade rumors as the trade deadline approaches but the team he plays for will not have much impact on his fantasy production, however, his health will continue to hold the key to his fantasy success over the second half of the season.
