Carlos Ruiz goes 2-for-3 in win over Mets

The Phillies got ten hits in a 4-2 win over the Mets on Friday. Carlos Ruiz got the start in place of Cameron Rupp and had a productive night at the plate. He went 2-for-3 with a double, run scored and improved his average to .240 for the season.
Fantasy Impact:
Ruiz has hit safely in six of his last seven starts, going 8-for-23 and raising his batting average 26 points in the process. Cameron Rupp will likely be back in the lineup Sunday. Ruiz probably wont be back in the lineup until the middle of next week.
