Mark Teixeira (foot) went 1-for-3 with a solo home run in Sunday's win over the Giants.
Fantasy Impact:
Teixeira destroyed Giants starter Jeff Samardzija for a solo home run in the second inning. After a great 2015, the 2016 campaign has just been awful for Teixeira. Injuries have limited the veteran slugger to just 67 games played. Even when he has played , he doesn't look like the guy from a year ago. With two months left in the season, don't hold your breath.
