Hanley Ramirez to sit on Wednesday

Hanley Ramirez is not in the lineup for Wednesday's game against the Tigers, according to Ryan Hannable of WEEI. Ramirez went 0-for-4 in Tuesday's game, so manager John Farrell decided it was time to give Ramirez his first day off since the All-Star break. (Ryan Hannable on Twitter)
