Matt Garza tossed five innings of four hit, two run (one earned) ball on Sunday afternoon on the way to his second win of the season. He walked one, and struck out five batters while throwing 87 pitches.
Fantasy Impact:
Garza lowered his ERA from 5.74 to 5.32 in the process, and has now gone five innings or more in his last four starts. The Brewers would love to trade Garza, but he's more of a candidate to get traded after the non-waiver deadline in August for not much of a return. He'll look to build on this win when he faces the Diamondbacks in Arizona on Saturday.
