Jason Heyward scores winning run Sunday versus Seattle

Heyward went 1-for-5 with a HBP. His HBP helped keep the runners moving during the ninth inning rally. His hit was a 12th inning double that hit high off the wall just missing a HR, but he would still come around to score the game-winning run on Jon Lester's sacrifice bunt.
Fantasy Impact:
The coaches have been working with him on lifting the ball more to cut down on the flurry of ground-outs that he was producing earlier this season. Heyward was the big-name free agent signing among the positional additions in the off-season. He has been outstanding on defense, but his bat has only recently started performing like people hoped and injuries have nagged at him, causing some missed games. Heyward will likely have a better second half.
