Jordan Zimmermann to undergo MRI

Zimmermann went 1.2 innings, allowing six earned runs on 53 pitches with two walks and no strikeouts. He was lifted from the game due to lat tightness and underwent an MRI after the game. (TigersMLive on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Ouch. That was not the start fantasy owners were looking for out of Zimmermann. Another 15-day DL stint looms for Zimmermann, as the lat tightness is unrelated to the strained neck that had him sidelined for over a month. If he requires more time off, the SP2/SP3 value he held will diminish even further.
