A.J. Griffin earns second straight win

A. J. Griffin picked up his second straight win in the Rangers' 5-3 win over the AL East leading Baltimore Orioles. Griffin once again did not pitch deep into the game, going 5.2 innings while giving up five hits and three runs. He struck out six and did not walk anyone on the night.
Fantasy Impact:
The Rangers were hoping to get a little bit longer of an outing from Griffin. Staked to a 4-0 lead, he surrendered back-to-back homers to Mark Trumbo and Pedro Alvarez in the fifth, then gave up another long ball to Hyun Soo Kim in the sixth.
