Doug Fister allows one run in no-decision
by Dan Harris | Mon, Aug 8th 3:50pm EDT
Doug Fister pitched six innings of one-run ball on Saturday against the Rangers. Fister gave up nine hits and two walks, striking out two. He did not factor into the decision.
Fantasy Impact:
Fister has now allowed just one run over 12 innings in his last two starts, but has not earned a win in either game. Fister generally lacks strikeouts, but is usually a solid source of ERA and innings. He'll look to keep his momentum going this week against the Twins.
