Trayce Thompson underwent an X-ray that revealed two fractures in his back. Despite the diagnosis, he is aiming to return in September. (Andy McCullough on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
This could be a stretch considering the injury, and more won't be known on his status and time frame until he's able to resume baseball activities. The best case is that he's back with the Dodgers for the playoff stretch, but this will likely not do much good for fantasy owners.
