Trout has been the beacon of hope in the Angels' lost season, as he is hitting .308 with 94 runs scored, 23 home runs, 77 RBI, and is 20-for-22 on stolen base opportunities. If the Angels were even a bit competitive, those numbers would put him right in the MVP race, but he is still the second-best fantasy player behind Jose Altuve this season.
