Cole Hamels superb in possible playoff preview

Cole Hamels had a dominating performance on Thursday, holding the AL Central-leading Cleveland Indians to just two hits and no runs over eight innings in the Rangers 9-0 shutout of the Tribe. Hamels struck out eight and did not issue a walk on the night.
Fantasy Impact:
Hamels improves to 14-4 on the year, but more importantly, sends a message that he will be a force to reckon with should these two division leaders meet in the playoffs.
