Joe Mauer still dealing with quad injury

Joe Mauer was sidelined earlier this month due to a quad injury, and the ailment is back again, causing the veteran to remain out of the lineup. He's considered day-to-day. (Rhett Bollinger on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
The team hasn't ruled Mauer out for Friday's game, but those considering Mauer will need to monitor lineups as he could require another game or two off. He's been solid this season, but overall more useful for the Twins than fantasy owners considering his lack of power from the 1B position. He has provided an excellent OBP of .375 on the year.
