Adrian Gonzalez now has a hit in nine straight games that he has started, finishing 1-for-4 against the Marlins on Saturday. Gonzalez is 5-for-20 with a double, home run, two runs scored, and two RBI over his last seven days. He has an .803 OPS this season.
Fantasy Impact:
Gonzalez does have a nine-start hitting streak, but does not have a multi-hit game and only has four extra-base hits. There is no reason to bench a guy that is on a hitting streak, but he is only hitting .250 this month with two extra-base hits, three RBI, and three runs scored.
