Melky Cabrera scores a run in a blowout loss to Royals

The White Sox have been up and down this season. After a hot start, they fell off and find themselves five games under .500. One surprise for the year has been Melky Cabrera. He was expected to play well, but he has been hitting the ball consistently most season. Cabrera did not get a hit on Sunday, but did score a run. He finished 1-for-3 with a walk and a run.

Cabrera has been a great asset in category leagues. His power numbers have not been good, but his consistency has helped in many areas. Keep plugging him into your lineup in most leagues depending on your roster options.
