Matt Holliday canceled a scheduled simulated game on Saturday after his surgically repaired right thumb swelled up after taking batting practice one day earlier. (MLB.com)
Fantasy Impact:
This setback does not bode well for Holliday to return to the Cardinals' lineup in 2016. Holliday's absence should mean continued playing time for Randal Grichuk and Brandon Moss.
