Jon Lester allowed one run on six hits in seven innings against the Reds on Tuesday. Lester is 4-0 with a 0.58 ERA and 0.71 WHIP in September, striking out 24 batters in 31 innings. He is 18-4 with a 2.36 ERA this season and will pitch tommorow at home against St. Louis
