Jaime Garcia optioned picked up by the St. Louis Cardinals

Fantasy Impact:
Jaime was not fantasy worthy in 2016. He finished 10-13 with a 4.57 ERA and a 1.37 WHIP. Garcia is a possible bounce back candidate but that won't be known until we get closer to Febuarary 18.
