Mark Melancon signs with the San Francisco Giants

Fantasy Impact:
Melancon was one of the top closers on the market and best dollar value. In 2016, Melancon converted 47 of his 51 save opportunities to go along with a 1.64 ERA in 71 innings pitched. Melancon should be one of the first closers taken in this year's draft considering the amount of save opportunities he will have. The strikeout rate might not be there but everything else should be.
