MLB Park Factors

Which ballparks have the biggest effect on hitting and pitching?

Park Factor (PF) compares the rate of stats at home vs. the rate of stats on the road. 1.000 is the baseline value for a neutral park. Any figure greater than 1.000 favors the hitter while a value lower than 1.000 favors the pitcher. Our PF values are calculated using the last three full seasons worth of stats and are updated after each season is completed.
