Evan Mobley earns a spot ahead of veterans Tobias Harris and John Collins based on age and upside. Mobley lost a close ROY race to Scottie Barnes, but was the dominant favorite for most of the season. In the month of March, Mobley showcased his all-around game by posting 1.5 BPG and 1.0 SPG, to support 15.4 PPG and 8.6 RPG. Cleveland certainly is a team on the rise, and Mobley provides the perfect complement to fellow big man Jarrett Allen. Mike Randle - BettingPros |
