Anthony Davis (hip, thumb) listed as questionable for Wednesday

by Sean Fitzpatrick | Lakers Correspondent | Tue, Jan 17th 3:33pm EST

Anthony Davis took a hard fall on Monday against the Pacers and wasn't able to return to the game. Davis finished with 16 points in 23 minutes. Giving his lengthy injury history and the matchup with the Magic, Davis is likely closer to doubtful than questionable. The positive news is that he didn't suffer a major injury and could miss only a game or two. If he can't go Wednesday, Friday against the Nets seems more likely. If he's out, Terrence Jones will start in his place. (Pelicans on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact:

For Davis owners, the fall looked pretty bad and he suffered an injured thumb as well as his hip that has bothered him in the past. If Davis can't go Wednesday, Terrence Jones benefits the most with Tyreke Evans, Jrue Holiday, Dante Cunningham and Donatas Motiejunas all see a boost.
