Marcus Smart scores four points in spot start on Wednesday

by John Aubin | Grizzlies Correspondent | Thu, Jan 19th 5:42am EST

Marcus Smart started at shooting guard, and scored just four points on 1-for-1 shooting along with five assists, three rebounds, two steals and two blocks in 31 minutes during an 117-106 loss to New York.

Fantasy Impact:

Smart had another opportunity to start but did not do much with his chance on Wednesday. He has performed well In 14 starts this season, he's averaging a solid 11.4 points, 3.9 rebounds, 4.5 assists and 2.1 steals. He may get another opportunity if Avery Bradley misses the game on Friday against the Blazers. Smart would be a good value add in DFS if he is indeed getting the start.
