Lucas Noguerira (concussion) will play on Sunday

Lucas Nogueira will play on Sunday against the Suns after missing the previous two games with a concussion. He's passed the protocol and could very well slide back into the starting lineup. Norman Powell will likely move back to the bench. (Raptors MR on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Whether Nogueira starts or not, he should see about 20 minutes of action and provide his usual stellar rebounding and block numbers. With Jared Sullinger back, Nogueira will lose a few minutes to Sully. Norman Powell takes a backseat with this news.
