Kevin Durant scores team-high 27 points against Miami Heat

On the court for 36 minutes in Monday night's road loss, Kevin Durant went 12-for-23, including 1-for-8 from three-point range. He also pulled down six rebounds and contributed three assists.

Fantasy Impact:

For the first time in weeks, Durant was the clear leader in shot attempts. His shot attempts have been down since the start of the year when Stephen Curry took the lead role on offense. However, the additional shots actually hurt Durant's efficiency, which had been trending upward (~60 percent) in the previous weeks' games. Further, his production in other areas of offense, boards and assists, were also down. This was the second game in a row where the Warriors, as a team, shot below 50 percent and had less than 30 assists. The machine was humming over the past few weeks but appears to have sputtered in these back-to-back road games. It will be important to see whether the team and Durant, can regain composure when they travel to Charlotte on Wednesday night.
