Wesley Matthews goes cold against Pistons

Wesley Matthews missed on all seven of his attempts from beyond the arc and the Mavericks fell to the Pistons 98-91 on Wednesday night. Matthews shot 4-for-13 from the field and finished with eight points, two rebounds and three assists.
Fantasy Impact:
Perhaps Matthews was looking ahead to the three-point competition as part of the All Star weekend festivities. He’s one of the top three-point shooters in the league, averaging 2.7 per game and hitting on 38.1 percent of his attempts. He’s also a top-100 fantasy player, providing significant contributions in multiple categories, including points, rebounds, assists and steals. Because of the value he brings to the team, his production in the second half will likely stay consistent with what he has done in the first half of the season.
