Terrence Jones will be traded following Cousins deal
by Sean Fitzpatrick | Mon, Feb 20th 8:55am EST
Terrence Jones and the Pelicans agreed to part ways "mutually" so Jones will be traded to another team before the deadline. The Pelicans made a big splash already acquiring C DeMarcus Cousins from the Kings. Jones will likely be dealt for a shooting guard and/or draft picks as the Pelicans are now without Tyreke Evans, Langston Galloway and Buddy Hield who are now in Sacramento. Fantasy Impact:
Jones' fantasy value would've taken a huge hit playing behind Cousins and Anthony Davis. A new location could be better than the situation in New Orleans but either way his value will likely drop. He's becoming a drop candidate in re-draft leagues.
