Matt Barnes will be waived by Kings

Matt Barnes is expected to be waived by the Kings following the DeMarcus Cousins trade which sent Buddy Hield, Tyreke Evans and Langston Galloway to Sacramento. The Kings needed to trade or waive a player and Barnes will be waived. (Marc Stein on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Barnes has played really well over the last few weeks with Rudy Gay and Garrett Temple out. Barnes will most likely be claimed off waivers and if not he will be signed shortly after. Barnes is a tough player to hold with so many variables at stake.
