Derrick Rose draws interest from Timberwolves and other teams

The Minnesota Timberwolves have reportedly discussed potential trades with the Knicks regarding Derrick Rose. Sources also report that other teams have also inquired about Rose's availability. (ESPN)
Fantasy Impact:
Rose will become a free agent after the season which makes him a viable trade target before the Thursday deadline. A move to Minnesota would reunite him with his former coach in Chicago, Tom Thibodeau. If Rose is dealt to Minnesota he would need to contend for playing time with Ricky Rubio at the point or be forced into minutes at shooting guard with Zach LaVine lost for the season which could hurt is overall fantasy value. Rose is averaging 17.7 points and 4.5 assists per game this season.
