Kyle Lowry (right wrist surgery) is out indefinitely

Kyle Lowry will require wrist surgery on his right wrist and is now out indefinitely. Lowry's last update was that the swelling went down and he would be considered day-to-day. This is a huge blow for the Raptors as Lowry will likely miss the rest of the regular season but hopes to be back for the playoffs. Cory Joseph will start in his place with Delon Wright seeing more minutes. Fred Van Vleet will see some minutes as well. (Matt Devlin on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact:

This news effectively ends his fantasy season as well so you can drop him and pick up Cory Joseph in re-draft leagues. With Lowry out, DeRozen is a must for all lineups moving forward. Lowry had his best season of his career scoring 21.2 points per game while also posting career-best 2.1 steals per game.
