Dewayne Dedmon grabs game-high 13 rebounds in win over Cavs

Dewayne Dedmon had another excellent game Monday night against the Cavaliers, grabbing 13 boards (three offensive) to go with a block and eight points on 4-for-6 shooting in 20 minutes.
Fantasy Impact:
After failing to record double-digit rebounds since February 24th, Dedmon has pulled down 13 in back-to-back games. Dedmon has been all-together unimpressive in the last month (4.3 PPG, 5.5 RP) he's shown he can produce solid numbers even off the bench, and provides a risky DFS play for boards, with potential for nights like tonight.
