LeBron James (neck) leaves game early in bad loss to Spurs

LeBron James leaves Monday's game early due to a neck injury against the Spurs. David Lee pulled down a rebound late in the third quarter and his elbow hit James' neck. James finished with 17 points, eight boards and eight assists.
Fantasy Impact:
James has already ruled himself probable to play on Thursday. However, the Cavaliers are now second in the East behind Boston by a 0.5 game after this bad loss to the Spurs. Look for James to go off against the Bulls on Thursday.
