Dewayne Dedmon will not play on Saturday in Game 3 due to an illness. Pau Gasol or Kyle Anderson will start in his place with David Lee and David Bertans seeing more minutes. (Spurs on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Dedmon is an extremely risky DFS play even if active but now Pau Gasol should benefit the most with Dedmon out.
