Dante Cunningham is expected to decline player option

by Sean Fitzpatrick | Sat, Apr 29th 2:23pm EDT

Dante Cunningham is expected to decline his player option for next season worth just over $3 million. Cunningham would become a free agent and will likely command more than $3 million on the open market with the salary cap increase and teammate Solomon Hill getting $48 million last offseason. Fantasy Impact:

Cunningham only saw extended minutes when Anthony Davis was out of the lineup and that's with Quincy Pondexter not playing a game last season. It's a crowded frontcourt but a new destination won't change his fantasy value.
