Jazz play their best ball with Rudy Gobert on the bench in Game 7 win

by Alex Murray | Timberwolves Correspondent | Sun, Apr 30th 6:24pm EDT

Rudy Gobert scored just a single point on 0-for-1 shooting from the field and 1-for-2 shooting from the charity stripe in the Jazz' 104-91 series-clinching win over the Clippers on Sunday. Gobert added four rebounds in just 13 minutes on the floor.

Fantasy Impact:

Gobert got into foul trouble and therefore missed more time than usual but because of the run the Jazz went on when he sat down - thanks in big part to fellow big man Derrick Favors - Gobert recorded his smallest minute count of the entire season in Game 7. Not a shining endorsement for the big Frenchman leading into next round. Look for Favors to possibly see extended time against the Warriors next round.
