Kawhi Leonard (ankle) officially out for Game 4

Kawhi Leonard has been officially ruled out for Game 4 against the Warriors. There's no surprises here as we expected him to miss Game 4. Jonathan Simmons will start again in his place. (Paul Garcia on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
With Leonard out, Simmons, Kyle Anderson, and Manu Ginobili will all pick up minutes. LaMarcus Aldridge will be leaned on heavily to try to force a Game 5. Patty Mills and Pau Gasol also see a boost with Leonard out.
