Willie Reed will decline his player option worth only $1.5 million and become a free agent. This is a common theme with all players expecting to cash in on the big bump in salary cap for teams. Reed showed signs this season as a viable backup center who can rebound and block shots. (Adrian Wojnarowski on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Reed isn't worth a look in re-draft leagues unless a team desperate for a center signs him and he earns the starting job. Reed was a solid DFS play whenever Hassan Whiteside sat this past season.
