Dion Waiters will decline his player option worth just $3.2 million for next season and will become a free agent this summer. Waiters will command much more than $3.2 million this off-season likely in the range of $14 million per year. Waiters hopes to return to Miami where he excelled averaging 15.8 points per game. Fantasy Impact:
Waiters is a solid late round pick in re-draft leagues next season especially if he returns to Miami or to another guard needy team with a starting spot waiting. If he doesn't return to Miami, Josh Richardson and Tyler Johnson will benefit the most.
