The Minnesota Timberwolves (via trade with the Bulls) have selected Justin Patton, center from Creighton, with the 16th overall pick of the 2017 NBA Draft.

Fantasy Impact:

Patton is a big 7-foot center who is a very good athlete with the ability to run the floor and finish around the rim. He will need to improve his toughness down low but can still provide blocked shots with his size and athletic ability. He will likely see limited minutes as a backup center as a rookie.
