The Wizards extended a qualifying offer to Otto Porter making him a restricted free agent. This could mean that the Wizards are out of the Paul George sweepstakes and are hoping to keep Porter by matching any deal. (Candace Buckner on Twitter)

Otto Porter could be a popular free agent this offseason while the Nets are already linked to him. Porter was one of the biggest fantasy gems last season and could be drafted as early as round three or four.
