Josh Richardson and Miami agree on four-year, $42 million extension

Richardson will be staying in Miami for the foreseeable future after signing an extension that pays him 42 million over the next four years. It is being reported that the final year does include a player option.

Fantasy Impact:

Richardson improved his counting stats across the board last season due to increasing his minutes by almost ten from the previous campaign. Miami does have tremendous depth on the wing and with the return of Justice Winslow, it's possible a small decrease in minutes is a likely scenario. Josh is more of a late-round selection in standard formats going into the season.
