Russell Westbrook agrees to five-year $205 million deal with OKC

Russell Westbrook agreed to a new five-year $205 million extension to remain with the Thunder. Westbrook's deal is the largest in NBA history paying out $235 million over the next six seasons. Westbrook must be pleased with the Thunder going out and trading for Carmelo Anthony and Paul George. (Adrian Wojnarowski on Twitter)

WOW! Westbrook becomes the highest-paid player in the NBA while also being the presumptive No. 1 overall pick in re-draft leagues. The additions of George and Anthony shouldn't affect his game much as he's a nightly triple-double machine.
