James Harden doubles-doubles with 16 points, 10 assists against the Thunder

James Harden fills the stat sheet in the Rockets' first preseason game, scoring 16 points on 5-of-16 shooting. He tallied 10 assists, five rebounds, three steals, and two blocks.
Fantasy Impact:
Harden started his 2017 campaign with a strong outing, despite struggling from the field. He shot just 3-of-12 from deep and connected on 3-of-5 free throws. His three steals and two blocks were a nice compliment to his scoring total. Harden and Chris Paul combined for 17 assists, which will likely become the norm in Houston as they have a strong claim to the best passing backcourt in the league. His assists will undoubtedly take a hit this year playing with Chris Paul, but he's still a sure-fire top-3 fantasy pick.
