Stanley Johnson team option picked up

The Pistons exercised the team option on forward Stanley Johnson for approximately $3.9 million for next season. It's not surprising as he's a favorite of coach Stan Van Gundy. Johnson is locked into the starting five this season with Marcus Morris in Boston. (Rod Beard on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Johnson has a chance to produce at a higher level this season with Marcus Morris in Boston. However, Avery Bradley should take away some of his chances but his all-around game makes him still a solid late-round pick.
