Robert Covington struggles in limited action

The Philadelphia 76ers continued their season-opening losing streak, as they lost on the road to the Toronto Raptors by the final score of 128-94 and remain winless. Robert Covington struggled to get anything going in this game, as he scored only five points in just 14 minutes on 2-of-7 shooting from the field. Covington also grabbed three boards and blocked one shot in the loss.

Fantasy Impact:

RoCo and the rest of the Sixers looked flat in the second leg of back-to-back games. With no Joel Embiid, who had the night off due to rest, this team was missing it's spark. Covington is a true hit-or-miss fantasy option who has more value in DFS contests, and therefore should really be used based on favorable matchups going forward. Look for him to bounce back on Monday night, as the Sixers play the upstart Detroit Pistons on the road.
