Norman Powell (hip) will not play on Sunday

Norman Powell has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Wizards due to the hip injury which has caused him to miss the last four games including this one. CJ Miles and OG Anunoby will fill-in for him once again. (Blake Murphy on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Serge Ibaka is back but with Powell still out it's a boost for CJ Miles and OG Anunoby. Anunoby is the better all-around player but Miles is the preferred scoring option if your looking. Both are DFS worthy on Sunday.
