Patrick Beverly (knee) will miss the rest of the season

Patrick Beverly will have surgery to repair his injured right knee and will miss the rest of the season. It's a tough blow to the Clippers who are also down Danilo Gallinari (glute). Sidnarius Thornwell will start in his place while Austin Rivers and Lou Williams will pick up more minutes. Juwan Evans will also see a few minutes. (Adrian Wojnarowski on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
It's a tough blow for Beverly owners as he was playing well when healthy this season. Thornwell is only a deeper league speculative add while Austin Rivers and Lou Williams are must-own players now. Get Rivers and Williams in your DFS lineups also.
